• Discusting,useless waste of money.

  Had used this coach company once before and wasnt impressed.However,they were cheaper than anywhere else.Coach picked us up to go on a street trip [mostly children too].Driver told us there was no where to put the pushchairs as the storage door was jammed shut.20 mins into the journey an alarm came on.Driver told us we had to go back to the depot as the brakes had gone.We got to the depot to swap coaches and to my amazement,the driver opened the storage that he claimed was jammed and took out boxes of pigeons and put them in the new coach.It was an awful experience from start to finish.DO NOT USE!!!!!

• Terrible service

  got lost on the way to destination. Sent the wrong bus to pick us up and when I called to discuss they were very rude on the phone DO NOT USE!!!!!
