I categorically deny the charges levied against me regarding case number 16449681v Gw; as i have no knowledge of driving said vehichle without excise license and no insurance.In point of fact I cant drive because I am now severely disabled.Further I do not give any permission for any monies to be taken out of my disability benefit as I exist below the breadline now, and could not possibly subsist if the tiny amount of disabilty premium is thus compromised.I repeat I will not accept any such deductions and further contest most strongly these allegations.I shall be seeking legal redress over this matter.I am an extremely ill person suffering from chronic agorophobia, panic attacks and post traumatic stress after a grievous assault which has affected my personality and ttotally desttroyed my social life.I am under medical supervision and csuffer from eighty per cent hearing loss and lack of mobility.I received NO compensation from my injuries, and am in the process of instigating a judicial appeal. yours faithfulyy, stephen voyce 29,hawkins crescent royal oak, NEWPORT NP19 9FQ
