  A very helpful and supportive assistant working in the lingerie department at wildings. Fully trained to fit bras for post ops. Well worth a visit.

  Lovely Departmental store, can`t fault it at all,its suprising what you will find in there as its not the biggest of department stores, it would be nice to see the store expand in Newport.

• Brilliant Customer Service in ladies wear

  I wasn't really intending to purchase anything in the ladies wear department on my visit to this store today. I had such marvellous customer service from the assistant who helped me hugely that I bought my perfect dress and returned home with the thought that there still are shop assistants out in this world that do really care about the customers. It is an absolute pleasure to be able to browse in a small Department store and not be overpowered by staff who are just interested in their commission,like many of the huge stores around the UK. It had been 25 years or more since I shopped in Newport until a few weeks ago, but as I have received such a great service I am sure I will be returning to Wilding's.
