    Bought a 4 seater sofa from Oden via Sofa Sofa. After 2 months the clips holding the two pieces together snapped. Odeon sent new clips. Since then it has regularly split and I have been using up the clips. Now, after two years and very very little use I have run out of clips. Odeon now tells me it is a design fault caused by misplaced feet. The problem existed all along from new, but they want me to pay £50 to have it fixed. Trading stds say this is not right, but Odeon will not budge. NOT A GOOD SERVICE!!
