    complained that water used stank from not being filtered, told to **ck O** gave me a number to ring if not satisfied. Turns out these people are self employed, No connection to the carwash owner, but franchised. Complained to head office, and got a written apology and a voucher for'The Works' at any ARC wash. Obviously I am not going to use this Pr**k again.
