Rude and agressive sales person
Rude and agressive, tried to pass of a load rubbish. Car was over priced and had not been serviced for ages yet was told it had been - people like this gave the trade a bad name.

substandard customer service
Promise too much but give nothing, the car was not up to the standard they have offered and the customer care substandard and appalling.Very bad experience and would not recommend to my friends or families.
