terrible workmanship, poor quality product, no customer service

I had several small problems whilst the work was ongoing however a week after the work was 'completed' and payment made in full, the coating began to wash off of my roof. When I took photographs to document the issue I then noticed that they had missed patches completely around my roof vents, had not properly repointed the ridge tiles nor replaced broken tiles as required by the contract. I contacted the office and asked to speak to a senior manager but was fobbed off and told that the workman would phone me the next week on a dry day. We have now had 3 dry days and I have not heard a thing from them.
