Dishonest, fraudulent, abusive

Took �£150 deposit for a delivery from Denmark to the UK. Collection never attempted, despite repeated assurances. No explanation given. After a month of missed collection dates I asked for deposit to be returned. They refused, and after my complaint they threatened me with court action as well as huge additional charges. Abusive on the phone, as well as on email. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
