    I have been looking many years to find a good sports physiotherapist. The best physio treatment I received was with the NHS who not just treat the injury but successfully identify the cause. Luckily, I found Health and Sports Phisiotherapy. All the team have NHS experience. Helen took the initial consultation, identified my problem as a tight Soleus (Calf) muscle and Dan then followed that with massage treatment. Health and Sports Physiotherapy gave me excellent advice on stretching, warmup etc and suggested I find a Podiatrist to address the cause. They also use acupuncture and have Ultrasound –not all private Physio’s have such equipment Health and Sports Physiotherapy are a top team of Professionals with a good blend of skills and experience who got me back on the road running, as soon as possible.
