Purchased piusi pump from this company. Upon delivery established that the item paid for was not that supplied. Company supplied a less inferior pump but charged for the more expensive one. Manager/owner does not reply to correspondence sent/faxed. Had to dispute transaction with VISA. Customer service was exceptionally poor as owner and staff shouted at each other whilst customer held on the phone and then bombarded with abuse from owner.
